With Billing Plans you will be able to create the invoices for the parents of the children enrolled in your kindergarten.
As kindergartens have different types of programs (short, normal, extended), all parents will be billed according the program they choose for their child, in a transparent way. You can create a Billing Plan by going to the "Configuration" subcategory of the "Billing" module and choosing "Billing plans" at the top. Then press the green button on the right upper corner of your screen.
A window will open and there you will complete details about your Billing Plan (name, timing/program, price/pack). Press "Next" to continue. By pressing "Finalize”, the Billing Plan will be added. Next step is to assign the plan to the clients.
