If you don’t receive notifications on your phone, here is what you should do!
a. You need to enable notifications from your mobile phone. Please go to your phone Settings>Apps>Kinderpedia>Notifications and enable all Notifications as you can see in this screenshot:
After all the notifications are enabled, please open the application and go to Account Settings>Notifications Settings and enable notifications for the modules you want to get informed.
If the previous steps didn’t solved your problem, you should go to Application Settings an hit clear data then login again; by doing this you will clear all settings and when the app is reopened you will be asked to allow notications, press Yes..
