Step 1: Access Kinderpedia using Google Chrome and click "Billing"> "Configuration".

Step 2: Click on "Products / Items", then click on the green "Add product" button.

Step 3: In the window that opened, select the product category and fill in all the necessary data (U.M. = unit of measure). At the end click on the green "Add" button. Any added products will be listed in "Billing"> "Configuration"> "Products / Items".

If you want to modify a product already added to the product list, click on the gray button on the same line as the product name.

If you want to delete a product from the list, click on the red button with a trash can in the middle next to the gray button for editing.

Step 1: Access Kinderpedia using Google Chrome and click "Billing"> "Configuration".

Step 2: Click on "Billing Plans". Here you will find the list of configured tariff plans, choose the tariff plan to which you want to add a product and click on "Actions"> "Edit".

Step 3: Click on "Next" until you reach the final step (step 5) in the billing plan configuration.

Step 4: Under "Add new product to invoice", click on "Products / Items" and the configured product (eg "Prod") will be listed below. Click on the product name. If you want the product to be invoiced based on attendance, click on the right side, on the same line, under "Quantity*" and select "Related to presence days" from that list. Now to add the product to the invoice click on the round and green button with a "+" in the middle on the right. After you have added all the desired products / services to the invoice, click on "Finalize".

If you want to delete a product added to the Billing Plan, follow steps 1, 2 & 3 explained above to get to the list of products attached to the tariff plan and click on the red button with a trash can in the middle the right side of the page on the same line as the product to delete it.
