Step 1: On the Kinderpedia page, go to "Billing"> "Family Balance".
Step 2: Click on the name of the family for which you want to Issue a deposit invoice.
Step 3: Click on the green "Top Up" button at the bottom of the window.
Step 4: In the window that appeared, select the type of collection by clicking under "Top Up To" (Deposit or Security Deposit), payment method, fill in the amount, date , currency and other details if needed (optional). Select "yes" or "no" under "Issue a deposit invoice?" depending on how you want and at the end click on the green "Top Up" button in order to transfer the amount in the family account.
