To enable the Child Portfolio module, access "Center Management" > "Kinderpedia modules" and scroll down until you see "Child Portfolio" and click on "Enable" (note: "Center Management" > "Kinderpedia modules" is available for app managers only). If you did this already, then skip this step.
After you click on "Enable", a pop-up window will show up in which you can configure what folder do you want to have in the student's profile. Select a name and category for each folder, select if it's going to be visible or not and click on "Save".
Now you can access "Family management" and click on a student's name to open his profile.
Click on "KP Modules" and select "Child Portfolio"
Here you will find all of the previously configured folders and you also have the option to download them based on category.
To upload a file in one of the folders, click on one of the folders and then click on the green button "upload files".
The Child Portfolio is also available in the parent app and it is NOT synchronized with any other module like the Gradebook or the Child Development module. It is completely separate from the others.
