Enter the "Management" module and select the sub-category "Staff Management". In the central part we will see all the teachers and administrators that exist at the moment in the kindergarten and information about them. At the top right is a green "Add New User" button.
Pressing it will open a page where you will start to fill in data such as the group or groups the teacher will be assigned to, email, name, surname, telephone and address. First of all, we must make sure that under "Role Name", "Educator" is selected.
Pressing „Save” will automatically send the teacher an e-mail containing an invitation to join Kinderpedia and access the kindergarten.
