Deleting a student account is done in two steps:
Archiving the account
To archive one or more accounts, we must first go to "Families Management " and select the active children we want to archive. To be able to delete an account, the respective account must first be archived.
2. Account deletion
Once we press the 'Archive account' button, the account of the respective family will go from 'Active accounts' to 'Archived accounts'. So we will have to click under 'Status' and select the archived accounts.
As you can see the whole family was 'Archived'. When a family switches from 'Active accounts' to 'Archived accounts', their account is deactivated and they no longer receive the new information that is loaded into the Kinderpedia application from the moment of archiving. If we select the respective family again, the option of 'Delete selected children'/ 'Reactivate accounts' will also appear. If you select delete, the family and all its history will be deleted and will not be able to be recovered. If we select reactivation, they will be active again and will be able to receive notifications and use their account from the moment of activation.
Careful! If you want to completely delete the archived accounts, they can no longer be recovered, so we recommend that you leave them as archived or warn the parents to download their information from the Kinderpedia application before deleting the accounts.
If you have a family with several children, you will have to go to 'Families Management '-> search for the family whose child you want to archive and click on the child you want to delete.
Then press the 'Archive Account' button.
And if you want to delete, go to "Families Management"-> select archived accounts-> select the child's account and confirm its deletion/reactivation.
