The medical record brings together everything about each child's health: vaccinations, past illnesses, medical records with attached documents, allergies, medication and the doctor's details. It is visible only to staff who have access to it.
The medical record is filled in from the child's profile, in the Families Management module.

Parents can see and fill in the child's medical record from the web platform. In the parent account, they choose Medical Records in the left menu. The page looks the same as at school: Immunization Schedule, Medical History and Medical Records.
To upload a document, for example the medical certificate from the family doctor, the parent clicks Add in the Medical Records section.
The same window as at school opens (see section 4). The parent fills in Ailment and the other fields, attaches the document with Choose and clicks Save. The document appears in the child's medical records, visible to the school too.
