Step 1 – Accept the Invitation
Check the email address you provided to the school — look in the Inbox and, if needed, the Spam/Junk folder.
You will find an email invitation to activate your account.
Click the “Join Your School” button in the email. You will be redirected to the activation page where:
Your email is already filled in as your username
You will create and confirm your password
Once you press “Create account”, your account will be successfully activated.
Step 2 – Download the Kinderpedia Mobile App
After creating your account, download the Kinderpedia app on your mobile device.
Look for the app with the white icon — this is the parent/student version.
For iPhone / iOS devices
For Android devices
⚠️ Important: There are two Kinderpedia apps in the stores:
White icon → Parents & Students
Purple icon → Teachers & Managers
Step 3 – Sign in to the App
Open the Kinderpedia app on your phone and log in using:
Your email address (username)
The password you set during activation
You are now ready to view your child’s schedule, homework, messages and more - just one tap away from staying connected with school activities!
