Open the mobile app and tap on "Recover password".
If you are a parent/student, the background in the mobile app is white instead of pink but the steps to follow are the same.
In the empty field, type in the email address that you use to login into your Kinderpedia account and then tap on "Recover password". In a couple of minutes you'll receive an email for resetting you password at the specified address.
Check your email address and open the email received from Kinderpedia for resetting the password. If you don't see the email, please also check your "spam/junk" folder as it might end up there.
Open the email and tap on "Change password".
A new browser page will open with the Kinderpedia page, in order to finish changing your password, simply type in the new password in the two empty password fields and tap on "Save".

In your WEB browser access the Kinderpedia page and click on "Login" on the top right.
Click on "Forgot password?".
Enter the email address used to login into your Kinderpedia account and click on "Recover password". In a couple of minutes you will receive an email from Kinderpedia for resetting your password. If you are not receiving the email, please check your "spam/junk" folder as well as it might end up there.
Open the email received from Kinderpedia.
Click on "Change password".
You will be redirected to the Kinderpedia page where you need to type in your new password twice in the password fields and click "Save" in order to finish changing your password.
