The medical record can be upload only through a WEB browser (Chrome, Mozilla, Safari, etc.), you will not be able to upload it using the mobile app.

Step 1: Go to www.kinderpedia.co and login using your credentials.

Step 2: Click on the menu button on the top left.

​Step 3: Select "Medical Record".
​

Step 4: Click on "+Add".

Step 6: Fill in the required information and then click on the blue button "Choose" in order to upload the file / medical record. Click on "Save" to save the changes made.
