*Note: Conferences can be accessed 60 minutes before the time at which the activity/discipline is scheduled. The link expires 10 minutes after the time the activity/discipline ends.

Method 1: Access video conferencing using the mobile application (Android / iOS).

First of all, make sure you have the latest version of the application installed. Click here to check.

To connect to a video conference, you must access the "Daily Timeline" section in the mobile application OR "Video conference".

In the "Daily Timeline" you will notice an icon that looks like a video camera next to the activity for which the video conference is scheduled. If you do not see this "video camera" it means that no video conferences have been programmed for that activity.

To join the conference, just select the activity and "Join this Meeting".

If you access the "Video Conference" section, there you will find listed the conferences scheduled by the teachers, and if a conference is active at the time you check, you can join it.

Method 2: Access video conferencing from desktop (computer / laptop).

Access Kinderpedia using a web browser (Chrome, Mozilla, Safari, etc.)

If a video conference is scheduled that day, you can enter the conference directly from the home page. The activity will be visible under "Dashboard"(the main page). Next to the activity for which the conference is scheduled you will notice a button that looks like a video camera, if you do not see this "video camera" it means that no video conferences have been programmed for that activity. 

To enter the video conference, click on the video camera and then on the green button "Join this Meeting".

After you click on "Join Meeting", a new window will open to download the Zoom application. Download the file, then install and run the Zoom application. Once you start the application, it will automatically open the video conference.
