To add a new photo album, access the "Media" module. In the upper right you will find a green "Add album" button. Click that button to create an album.

By pressing it, a box will open where you will enter the name of the album and give access to all groups or only to certain groups of children.

If you want the album to be visible to parents as soon as you created it, check "YES" in the last option at the bottom where it says "Visible for parents".

After you have created the album, you can add photos. Once selected, they will be added to the photo album and will be viewable by the parents and guardians of the groups who have access to the respective album.

After entering the created photo album, in the upper right part you will find a green "Add photos" button.

After clicking on it, a window will open where you can select the photos found in the computer.

To delete a picture, click on the picture that needs to be deleted from the album and you will see the "Delete" button on the top-left.

To delete the album, click on the respective album, and on the right side, click on the 3 dots next to the name of the album and select "Delete album".

To download an album, access the "Media" section and click on the desired album. To download it, click on the gray "Download album" button at the top, then confirm the download by clicking on the green "Confirm" button.

Wait for the archive to be generated (you can leave the page and come back later) and click on "Download now".

To change the settings of an album, go to the "Media" section and click on the respective album. Now click on the 3 dots next to the name of the album on the right and select "Edit album".

The window with the details and settings of the album will open. To remove a group/class from album access, click on the "x" button located in the box of that group in the "Access for" field, and to add one or more groups, click on the empty space in that field.

In the mobile application, open the menu (the 3 horizontal lines at the top), then access the "Photos & Videos" section.

Tap the screen on the " + " button at the top to add a new album.

In the next screen, enter a title for the album in the first field at the top. To choose which group will have access to the album, touch the screen on that gray pencil on the right side and tick which group you want to see the album. If you want the album to be visible only to school staff, you can activate the "Staff only" option. In the "Album description" field, you can enter a description for the album, after filling in all the details, touch the screen on the green "Add photos" button to add the first photos to the album.

In the mobile application, go to the "Photos & Videos" section / module and touch the screen on the album in which you want to add photos.

Now tap the screen on "View Gallery".

And now to add photos, touch the screen on the first button called "Add photos" and choose which photos from the phone gallery you want to add.

In the album list, on the right side of the page, you will find a search/filter box. You can filter by:

Access the "Media" section and click on the desired album.

Now click on the arrow on the left, after which you will be able to select the desired pictures by clicking on the empty box in the corner of the pictures.

To download the selection, click on the "Download Selected" button and confirm the download by clicking on the "Download" button.

To move the pictures to another album, click on the "Move to album" button and select the album you want to move them to from the window that opens, or create a new album by clicking on the "Create a new album" button.
