How do I activate the meal, sleep, need, and temperature options in "Daily timeline"?

Open the mobile application and access "Daily timeline".

If "My Calendar" is displayed in "Daily timeline" where only the times you are set as responsible are visible, you will have to select "Daily timeline" to be able to access the meal and sleep settings. To do this, you need to touch the screen on the 3 dots in the upper right and select "Daily timeline".

Now you have to touch the screen on the bar where it says "All Groups" and select the group for which you want to adjust the meal and sleep settings.

After selecting the class, you will be able to access the meal and sleep settings. Touch the screen again on the 3 dots at the top and select "Timeline settings".

The options for meal, sleep, temperature, and needs will open, you just have to check the options you want to be displayed in the respective class. If you want to adjust the time, touch the screen on the time.

To be able to record the percentage of how much the children ate, you must check the last option from the bottom called "Teachers record meal data in percentage".

After making the desired adjustments, select "Save".

After selecting the group, touch the screen on "Nap" to open the list of children set as present in "Check in" (students who are not set as present or are absent, will not be listed at sleep).

To put students to sleep, tap the screen on their profile picture to select them (or tap the screen on "select all"), then select "Start Nap".

And to set them as awake, select "Sleeping" at the top, then touch the screen on the profile picture of those who have woken up to select them and touch the screen on "End Nap".

If you need to manually adjust the interval in which the student slept, touch the screen on the icon next to the student and a page will open where you can make the adjustment manually.

How do I register the children's needs?

In the "Daily timeline" section, after presenting the children at "Check-in", select "Potty" to register the needs.

Now check the name of the student/students for whom you want to register a need and select "Potty".

Now select the type of need, add an observation and photo if needed (the photo can only be added if you selected only one student in the previous step), and select "Save". You can manually change the time at which the need was registered by selecting the gray pencil on the same row as the time.
