If you don’t receive notifications on your phone, here is what you should do!
a. You need to enable notifications from your mobile phone. Please go to your phone Settings and scroll down until you find Kinderpedia>Notifications and enable all Notifications as you can see in this screenshot:
After all the notifications are enabled, please open the application and go to Account Settings>Notifications Settings and enable notifications for the modules you want to get informed.
Alternative situations that may prevent push notifications:
The "Low Power Mode" function is active
Do "Not Disturb" mode is on
To disable "Low Power Mode" (on iPhone) go to Phone settings> Battery, then disable the feature.
To turn off “Do Not Disturb” (on iPhone) go to Phone Settings > Do Not Disturb.
