If you don’t receive notifications on your phone, here is what you should do!

a. You need to enable notifications from your mobile phone. Please go to your phone Settings>Apps>Kinderpedia>Notifications and enable all Notifications as you can see in this screenshot:

 After all the notifications are enabled, please open the application and go to Account Settings > Notifications Settings and enable notifications for the modules you want to receive notifications.

If the previous steps didn’t solve your problem, you should go to Phone Settings > Apps > Kinderpedia > Storage > Clear storage/data.
