If you cannot download various files (documents, photos) from the application we can try to set the permissions of the application to access the storage space.

Step 1: Access the application settings found in Phone Settings> Applications> Kinderpedia, and then select "Permissions".

Step 2: Enable the permissions to access the storage as shown in the image below.

After following the steps above, you can try to download the file again.
