View progress assessment reports on desktop
To view the child/student progress evaluation reports, open the "Child Development" module.
On the newly opened page, you will be able to see one or two tabs: "Reports" and "Real-time reports" (depending on the type of reports used by your child's institution).
1. In the "Reports" tab, you will be able to view the evaluation reports of the child's/student's progress on term (e.g. beginning of the year report and end of the year report).
To open a report, click on its name, and on the newly opened page you will be able to view the following details:
The name of the report, the name of the student, and the author of the report
Evaluation criteria
General observations
The evaluated Categories and Subcategories, respectively, and the evaluation criterion assigned to each evaluated competency.
Evaluator's name.
The reports can be viewed in table or list form, to change the view mode, click on the field in the image, and to download the report in PDF format, click on the "Download report (PDF)" button.
2. In the "Reports in realtime" tab, you will be able to view reports evaluating the progress of the child/student, without having to be published on time by the institution.
Note: The availability of real-time reports strictly depends on whether the institution has activated this functionality from the template settings.
To view the details of a report in realtime, use the available filters.
After you have applied the necessary filters, the page will display the details of the report, where you will be able to see the evaluated Area of development and Subcategories.
To see the assigned Objectives and Evaluation Criteria, click on the name of the Subcategory of interest and the requested information will open, and to see more details, click on the Evaluation Criteria that interests you.
In the window that opened you will be able to see the following information:
The name of the evaluated objective
Evaluation term (if configured)
The evaluation criterion and related observations
The date of the evaluation and the name of the evaluator
View progress evaluation reports in the mobile application
To view the child/student progress evaluation reports, open the "Child development" module, now available in the mobile application.
In the newly opened page, you will be able to see one or two tabs: "Reports" and "Real-time reports" (depending on the type of reports used by your child's institution).
In the "Reports" tab, you will be able to view the evaluation reports of the child's/student's progress on a specific term (e.g. beginning of the year report and end of the year report).
To open a report, click on its name. In the first open tab you will be able to view the following details:
Teport name
Reference date of the report
Author
Competencies assessed
Download button (PDF)
In the second tab, named "Evaluations", you can view the Development Area, Subcategories, Objectives, and Evaluation Criteria granted to the student, upon completion of one of the evaluation terms.
In the third tab, named "General comments", we will be able to see if the evaluation criteria are accompanied by other comments/explanations.
The tab "Reports in real time" allows viewing the most recent evaluations added by the teacher, even on the day they were added, independently of the term report.
Note: In this tab, you will be able to view reports only if the institution has configured the evaluation template to allow viewing of evaluations in real time.
By selecting (clicking) one of the evaluations you can see the area of development, a detailed description of the competence that was evaluated and other comments or explanations added by the teacher.
