The "Custom Reports" module allows us to generate various types of reports, including:

  1. Attendance Report

This type of report shows check-in style attendance information.

Clicking on this module opens a window displaying check-in attendance. The displayed information includes: total number of attendances, total number of absences, justified absences, and unjustified absences.

You can filter the information by class (based on the desired class).

You can also select the type of report and the desired time period.

When selecting the desired period, there is a "Custom range" option where you can choose a time span of up to one year. The selected days are highlighted in green, and as you approach the maximum allowable period, the days will appear crossed out. After selecting the period, you must press the "Apply" button.

Once the period, class, and report type are selected, press the green "Filter" button to display the desired information.

In the displayed report, each child is assigned several icons per day:

  1. A green checkmark indicates a check-in presence

  2. A red circle indicates an absence

  3. Different red icons indicate various reasons for absence

  4. A green-circled icon or similar symbols represent justified absences

If you want to view a more detailed report per student, click on the student's name.

Once the detailed report opens, you can view information related to the day, presence, check-out, temperature, meals, sleep, activity schedule, evaluations, and other details from the daily report.

After selecting the information you want to view, you can print the report or download it in CSV, PDF, or XLS format.

You can also justify absences directly from the report module. Filter to display the information for the desired period (when you know absences were recorded), then click directly on the absence and justify it (you can even justify absences over a specific time interval).

Student Check-in

Here, you have three available options:

  1. Daily

  2. Consolidated

  3. Absent per Day

1. Daily:
If selected, you’ll see two bars—one grey, one blue.

Under the "Daily" section, you can filter the data by:

  • Desired period

  • Groups

  • Specific student

Below, a list of students appears, which you can sort by name, departure time, or participation duration.

In the top-right corner, there are two options:

  • "Export" to export the desired data

  • "4/4 Columns", where you can select which information to display

Export Steps:

Clicking the "Export" button opens a panel with several options. You can:

  • Change the Title

  • Filter by Keyword

You can also filter by:

  • Student

  • Arrival Time

  • Departure Time

  • Participation Duration

Finally, select the format in which to download the report.

2. Consolidated:
This allows you to download a report based on:

  • Days of attendance

  • Days of absence

  • Attendance time

  • Actions

Clicking the "Detailed Report" button will display the selected child's detailed report for the selected period. The displayed data will be shown in 3 columns:

  • Arrival time

  • Departure time

  • Duration of participation

To export data, click "Export" and follow the same steps described above.

3. Absent per Day:
Clicking this button displays the students/children absent on a specific day. You can filter this information by day, group, and child, then press the "Export" button to export the data.

Attendance per Activity

This module allows you to generate a report of attendance per activity.

Clicking this button opens a page similar to the attendance report, where you can filter information by the desired period, groups, and discipline.

To select a different time period than those listed, choose "Custom". The selected period will be highlighted in green. After selecting the period, press the green "Apply" button.

After selecting the period, you also have the option to filter by group and activity, then click the "Filter" button after applying all filters.

To view a detailed report per child, click on the child’s name. A new page will open with multiple report download and viewing options. You can select which attendances to include in the report.

Grades and Marks Module

This is similar to the "Attendance per Activity" module, but here you’ll find the grades and marks given to the children.

In this report, you'll find attendance for each activity/subject as well as the grades or marks assigned. You need to choose the report type, the activity/subject, and then press the "Filter" button.

The report module for grades/marks is identical in structure to the "Attendance per Activity" module and offers the same filtering and display options, but includes grades and marks.

Activities per Teacher Module

This helps you generate a report of the teacher's activities during a calendar month. You can export this report in various formats. Columns can be shown/hidden in the table—see the "Display" button at the top right above the table.

In this module, you'll find the following buttons:

  1. Select the desired time period during which the teacher conducted activities

  2. Filter by teacher (to select whose information you want to view)

  3. Filter by group in which the teacher conducted activities

  4. After completing steps 1–3, click the "Filter" button to display the filtered information

  5. The "View" button allows you to select which information to show in the report

  6. The final button allows you to print the report directly or download it in PDF/CSV/XLS format

Video Conferences Section in "Custom Reports" Module

The "Video Conferences" report is retrieved from the Zoom platform. This report also appears in your Zoom account!

Clicking on it allows you to generate a report of all video conferences scheduled by teachers/staff.

This report includes several sections:

  1. Selecting the period for the report

  2. Selecting the teachers/staff who held video conferences

  3. Selecting the information you want to display in the report

  4. Choosing to print or download the report in PDF/CSV/XLS format

Children Reports Module

This module allows you to generate a report with information about the children in the institution.

The report includes the following sections:

  1. Select the type of children for whom the report is being generated

  2. Select the columns with the types of information of interest

  3. The "Export" button, which allows you to download the information in PDF/CSV/XLS formats
