How do I configure the main headquarters and subsidiaries?


If the institution I manage is part of a network of institutions and I want to view statistical data for all the subordinate institutions in one place, it is necessary to configure the accounts of these institutions and decide which one is the main headquarters and which are the subsidiaries.

To do this, follow the steps below:

  • Go to the "Center Management" module > "My Account"

  • In the opened window, you will see all the institutions you have access to in Kinderpedia. Click the "Edit" button to configure the respective account.

  • Click on the field "Main location or a subsidiary of existing school?". If the opened location is the headquarters, select the option "Headquarters". If this location is a subsidiary, then select the institution for which it is a subsidiary.


What information is available in the Operational Report?


To view the necessary information in the Operational Report, use the filters at the top of the page:

  • Institution/Country – information will be displayed per institution or by the country of origin of the subordinate institutions

  • Time Interval

After using the necessary filters, you will be able to view the following information:

  • Location Management: Number of schools/kindergartens: Total capacity of schools/kindergartens; Total number of teachers; Occupancy rate across the entire network

  • Group Management: Total number of students; Total number of attendances and absences; Rate of approved absences

At the bottom of the page, the following information will be displayed, broken down by institution/country:

  • Number of teachers per institution

  • Teacher turnover rate (new hires vs. departures)

  • Number of students per institution

  • Number of attendances during the selected period

  • Number of absences during the selected period

  • Student-to-teacher ratio

  • Total capacity per institution

  • Occupancy rate per institution

  • Number of newly enrolled students

  • Number of archived students

  • Dropout rate (new enrollments vs. archived)


What information is available in the Revenue Report?

To view the necessary information in the Revenue Report, use the filters at the top of the page:

  • Institution/Country – Information will be displayed per institution or by the country of origin of the subordinate institutions

  • Billing Currency

  • Institution

  • Time Interval

After applying the necessary filters and clicking the "Apply" button, the following information will be displayed:

  • At the top, you will be able to view the invoiced amounts, collected amounts, pending amounts, remaining balance, and the total penalties applied within the selected time interval.

  • In the middle section, you will be able to view this data broken down by institution.

  • At the bottom, you will be able to view two types of charts:

One chart displays monthly revenues per institution. To view data from previous years, use the arrows next to the year.

The second chart shows a percentage comparison between the annual invoice values per institution. To view historical data, use the arrows next to the year.


What information is available in the Invoicing Report?

To view the necessary information in the Invoicing Report, use the filters at the top of the page:

  • Institution/Country – the information will be displayed per institution or per the country of origin of the subordinate institutions

  • Billing Currency

  • Institution

  • Time Interval

After applying the necessary filters and clicking the "Apply" button, the following information will be displayed:

  • The total amount and number of transactions made during the selected period

  • Amounts broken down by transaction type made during the selected period

Below are displayed the transaction amounts: Total and broken down by each institution and by service/product.

To more easily find the desired institution, use the search field, and to export the data, use the "Export" button.


What information is available in School Details?

In the "School Details" section, the main and subordinate institutions within the network are displayed, along with:

  • The address of each institution

  • The email address of the institution

  • The phone number of the institution

  • The administrator’s contact information

At the top of the page, you’ll find:

  • A search field

  • A country filter

  • An Export button for downloading the displayed data
