How can I subscribe to the Premium subscription? How do I change the Kinderpedia subscription type?
Access the "Center Management" > "Kinderpedia Subscription" section.
If you are in the trial period, you will see the option to select the Free or Premium subscription.
At the top, you can select if you want a monthly or annual subscription (with the annual subscription you get a 20% discount). After you have made your selection, click on the choose package button.
You will now go through the configuration steps. For the annual subscription, at step 1 you will have to fill in the estimated number of active children in the school/kindergarten.
Based on the estimated number of copies completed at this step, a number of credits will be allocated to the account. An invoice will be generated monthly based on the number of active students in the school/kindergarten and will be automatically paid using the credits allocated from the annual invoice.
In step 2, you must enter the billing data, after entering the CUI, you must click on the "Validate" button to validate it. Click on "Next" to advance to the final step.
In the final step, check if the information is correct and click on "Confirm subscription".
An invoice will be generated that can be found/paid from "Center Management" > "Kinderpedia Subscription".
If you want to change the subscription type in the future, go to "Center Management" > "Kinderpedia subscription" and here you must click on the "Subscription change" button.
Where can I find the list of invoices for the Kinderpedia subscription and how can I download them?
Access the "Center Management" > "Kinderpedia Subscription" section. Here you will find a list of issued invoices. To download the invoice list, click on the green "XLS" button above the invoice list.
To make a payment, at the bottom where you can find the list of invoices, click on the "Actions" button on the right and select "Pay Online".

Access "Center Management" > "Kinderpedia subscription". In the upper right, if you have a bank card saved, you will see the red "Delete this card from your account" button.
The card is saved automatically when you make an online payment with the card.
How can I change the billing data?
To modify the billing data, access "Center Management" > "Kinderpedia subscription".
At the top, under the billing data, click on the gray "Change billing data" button.
Now you just have to fill in the new billing data and save.
