How can I configure tags?
Go to the "Incidents/Accidents" module and click on the "Tag Configuration" button on the top right.
Here you will find a list of predefined tags, if you wish to add a tag, simply click on the "Add new tag" button.
A pop-up window will show where you have to enter the tag name, type (if it's an incident or an accident), a color and priority.
if you wish to edit or delete an existing tag, click on the 3 dots on the right side and select Edit or Delete.
How can I report/edit an incident?
To generate a new report, access the "Incidents/Accidents" module and click on the "Add new report" green button.
Now you have to follow the on-screen instructions, in the first step provide a title for the incident/accident, the type (incident/accident), add a tag, add the students involved, enter the date and time, location and add a description (optional) and click "Next".
Next, if there was an injury, click on the small arrow on the right side next to the child and then check the boxes bellow that apply and click "Next" when you are done.
In the final step, you can add a responsible, actions to be taken and witnesses (last two are optional), click "save" when you are done.
Now the incident/accident is created with the "Open" status and you can also add comments to it if you want.
How can I check open incidents and change their status?
Open the Incidents/Accidents module and the first thing you will see is the list with all incidents. To open an incident and change its status, click on it.
To change the status, click on the status button on the right and select the new status.
If you choose to mark it as "Closed", a pop-up window will show where you have to enter the resolution.
If you click on the 3 dots on the right side, you can edit the incident/accident report (it will take you through the configuration steps that you can see HERE) or delete it.
If someone reported an incident and you were set as responsible or as a witness, you will see it under the "Assigned to me" or "Witnessed incidents".

How can I report & edit an incident?
Access the "Injuries" module from the mobile app.
To register an incident, click on the green button from the bottom of the screen.
Select the children that were involved and click "Next".
Now fill in all the required info on the screen like the title, location, type (incident/accident), date and time, if there were injured children check "yes" next to "was anyone injured?" and select the child that was injured and click "next".
Next, select a tag (too see how to create or edit a tag, click HERE), responsible staff member, witness (optional), if you want to notify parents, an attachment (optional), a description (optional) and actions to be taken (also optional) and click "Save" to finish.
How can I check open incidents and change their status?
Open the "Injuries" module from the app, and you will see a list of the open incidents as soon as you open the module. To edit one, click on it.
To change the status to "In Progress" or "Closed", click on the status on the top and select the new one. If you wish to add a note, go to the "Notes" tab.
If you want to edit the report or delete it, click on the 3 dots on the top right and select "Edit" or "Delete".
When someone (or you) creates an incident/accident report and adds you as responsible or witness, you will find them under the "Assigned to me" or the "Witnessed" tab.
